SOLENOIDS


All types of movement control from simple axial movement to controlled movement with proportional solenoids or stepping motor devices. We work close to our customers, developing complicated products for exact applications.

Rotary solenoids
Important benefits such as high speed (5 ms), high efficiency (113 kgcm), bidirectional operation, proportional options (50M cycles in medical equipment) or standard products modified to low cost versions for higher volume production.

Push-Pull solenoids
Medium and long stroke application but also short for a high holding force but small application. Lifetime from 5M cycles up to 50M or even more in special designs.

Open-frame solenoids
The cheapest model to manufacture. Its folded metal frame construction makes it cost-effective. Lifetime starts at 0.5M cycles to 5M cycles depending on size and application.

Permanent magnet solenoids
Can be used for extremely high speed or high force. Can also be used with no power applied in holding position. Manufactured in both linear and rotary types.

Proportional solenoids
Force (torque) is proportional to current giving an extremely flat "force curve" over most of the stroke. Also allows force or position control. Very high lifetime starting at 50M cycles.
